Example dataWhat counts as a recovery?
A failed payment in the Mariana Tek failed-payments report that we contacted the member about and that was paid within 30 days of first contact.
How do fees work?
We charge a percentage of each recovered balance. If a payment is refunded within 60 days, you get a credit for that fee.
What does the recovery rate mean?
Of the balances that settled this month, the share that were paid. Balances still inside their 30-day window aren't counted.
What do members see?
One short, friendly text from your own LoopSpark number about the card on file. You can see the exact text in each member's details.
How fresh is the data?
We refresh it about every hour. The time of the last update is on the Overview.
How do I pause or stop?
Send a 'Pause or resume outreach' request. Outreach is held while we review.
How do I reach support?
Send a request with 'Something else' and a person will reply.
